About us

We opened a small coffee shop at 136 Lewes Road, Brighton in September 2024 with the aim of providing the highest quality of food and drink to the local community whilst remaining conscious of the affordability during tough economic times.

Casco Coffee is independently owned by Luciano Zelaschi and Craig Ronald. Luciano has been involved in the Brighton coffee scene for a number of years and wears multiple hats as a barista, chef, manager, marketer and head of coffee at Casco. Craig helps to manage the finances and the boring parts of the business whilst looking for innovate ways of expanding the business in the world of e-commerce.

Our aim moving forward is to bring awareness to the surrounding area of Brighton of the unique, freshly made-to-order menu we provide, whilst expanding our outreach to other areas of the UK through our online store.

As first-time business owners, we are learning quickly and failing fast. We are confident in our product and we’re passionate about the industry. We hope to see you soon!
